A guided community sound journey using sound bowls and immersive tones to quiet the noise, release, tension and bring back to center.
IMPACT
IMPACT DAYS
A planned volunteer initiative designed to bring people together in service by assembling mental health kits filled with self care items for communities in need. We’re currently building it as a signature program and inviting partners to help bring it to life.
